Cancellation Policy
Lifeline NW Coaching & Consulting – Life Coaching Plan Policy Thank you for choosing the Life Coaching Growth Plan. This policy outlines the structure, expectations, and terms of our coaching engagement so we can work together with clarity and mutual respect. 📌 Plan Overview Includes: (1) Initial 50-minute intake session (4) 50-minute coaching sessions (weekly or biweekly) Personalized session notes & action plans Priority email support between sessions Duration: All sessions must be used within 8 weeks of your intake session, unless otherwise agreed upon. 💳 Payment Policy Full payment is required at the start of the coaching plan to secure your spot. Payments can be made online via [insert payment method/link], or by invoice upon request. This plan is non-refundable but can be paused for emergencies or major life disruptions with advance notice. 📅 Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly, based on mutual availability. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any reschedule requests. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited unless rescheduling is due to illness or emergency. 🚫 Missed Sessions & No-Shows A session will be considered missed after 15 minutes with no notice. Missed sessions are not refunded or credited but may be rescheduled at coach’s discretion. 🛡️ Confidentiality & Respect All sessions are private and confidential. You will be met with respect, empathy, and honest accountability in every session. In turn, respectful communication and follow-through are expected from clients. ✅ Client Commitment This plan works best when you show up consistently, engage fully, and apply what we discuss between sessions.
